• Detect abuse, enforce policies, and keep your accounts secure.
• Provide customer support, onboarding, and performance insights.
• Send service updates, training content, and billing communications. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

• We never sell personal data. We only share information with vetted infrastructure and AI providers required to deliver the service.
• All processors sign data protection agreements and must comply with GDPR/CCPA where applicable.
• Aggregated or anonymized metrics may be used for product benchmarks and marketing.

We retain customer data for as long as your agency maintains an active subscription. When you cancel, chats and stored media are removed within 30 days except where legal obligations require longer retention.

DM Goddess uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. Breach notifications are issued within 72 hours.
