Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of DM Goddess, a suite of tools designed for creator agencies and operated by DM Goddess SAS, registered in France. By subscribing or using any DM Goddess feature, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Your agency and its creators operate in jurisdictions where AI chat assistants are lawful.
• You have authority to bind the agency or business using DM Goddess.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of login credentials and API keys.
• We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

• No harassment, discrimination, or illegal content in conversations generated via DM Goddess.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling of the service without written permission.
• No connecting accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis unless otherwise agreed.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are assessed case-by-case for outages exceeding our service level commitments.

DM Goddess retains ownership of all software, designs, and proprietary materials. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for agency operations. Feedback or feature suggestions may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Usage is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected and processed.

• We target 99.5% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Priority support is available via email and private Discord channels for agency partners.
• Critical incidents receive initial responses within 4 business hours.

DM Goddess is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee absolute results, revenue increases, or compliance with platform algorithms. You are responsible for verifying that scripts and automations respect the policies of the platforms you integrate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DM Goddess, its founders, and partners will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the event.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify account owners via email or in-app messaging. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
